The scope, price, publication requirements, deliverables, revisions and expected delivery schedule for each collaboration are agreed with the client before production begins.
Payments may be requested in full or according to an agreed payment schedule.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate campaign information, brand assets, instructions and approvals required to complete the project.
Sponsored content is delivered and/or published digitally, primarily through YouTube and other agreed online channels.
Revisions are provided according to the scope agreed with the client. Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Cancellation and refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Our services must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent or prohibited activities.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights applicable under law.
